Identifying Target Market
Focus. Do not jump into the real estate ocean all of a sudden. You might drown your enthusiasm after struggling to keep afloat in the vast real estate business. Focus. Select a market you think you can manage. Once comfortable with it. Then you can get to decide expanding your market.
Doing Partnership
Don’t be “Rambo”. In the real estate business, you can do well going for joint ventures and partnership. For someone who is new to the business, getting a coach will just do the job. Be the apprentice this time and find your “jedi” to help you.
